One to one

When a page asks to be met more closely.

There are moments when what appears in your journal asks for more than another question.

A private session gives you space to stay with what you have been noticing. A pattern that keeps returning, a decision you cannot quite reach, a change you can feel. Something you are ready to meet more deeply.

You do not need to arrive with an answer.
You do not even need a perfectly formed question.

Bring what is present. We begin there.

Begin with an hour

Your first session is 60 minutes.

It gives you and your coach space to understand what brings you here, what has been showing up in your life and your journal, and where you may want to go more deeply.

There is no programme to follow and no path to complete.

Continue in the way that serves you

After your first session, you and your coach decide together what feels useful next.

A full session when something needs space. A shorter session when you want to return to something you are already working with.

Some people come regularly. Others return only when a theme, a transition or a decision begins asking for attention again.

The rhythm is yours.

Your journal stays yours

Your coach never sees your entries, your Mirror reflections or anything else you have written.

Before a session, you can choose to send your coach a few words about what you would like to explore. Only what you choose to share is sent, and you can come to a session without sharing anything at all.

You do not have to explain everything from the beginning. You can arrive closer to the place you want to explore.

When the Mirror shows you something

Sometimes the Mirror reflects a theme, a contradiction or a change you recognise but do not yet know what to do with.

You can bring it into a session and explore it with another human being.

The Mirror can notice.
Coaching gives you somewhere to stay with what was noticed.

Human support

Sessions are held with professionally trained coaches.

Coaching is reflective and developmental. It is not therapy, medical treatment or crisis support.

Available with Daymark Plus
